Lets say (RH) thumb on a D, then quickly the 2nd finger quickly hits the Eb and then quickly the E while releasing the D and Eb in quick succession. There is also a slur that's almost like a a hammer-on with 2 notes before it (the third note). Even alittle better is good, slurs can take years to develop so adjust your expectations and just keep working on them. Repeat it, 25 times at the first shot until it's smooth and sounds more like your 'idealized' slur to your ear. Try to 'connect' the notes (legato) as best you can with no 'air' in between them and dont forget to release the 1st note (Eb) or just leave a slight hang onto it if any.
Just take one finger first off and slide off a black note on to a white. Drink moderately for an hour or so, then go to the piano, the slurs will start to happen automatically! No, just kidding!
